Without further ado, Week 4 values and picks.

Value Plays

Quarterback

Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys $6,700

While $6,700 is not a normal price for a bargain quarterback, it could be this week for Romo. He is the 12th-most expensive quarterback on DraftKings this weekend, and he’ll face the Saints on Sunday Night Football. The Saints are giving up 278 yards per game through the air, which is 30th in the NFL. Although they’ve only allowed four passing touchdowns, this is still a good matchup for Romo. The Saints faced the Browns and the Vikings in the last two weeks, and both teams are having issues at quarterback. In Week 1, the Saints allowed Matt Ryan to throw for 448 yards and three touchdowns.

Running Back

Darrin Reaves ($3,200) or DeAngelo Williams ($3,900), Carolina Panthers

Keep an eye on the Panthers injury report, because there is a chance that Reaves may be the only Panthers running back who is healthy. At $3,200, that becomes an instant must-play despite the matchup. But, if Williams is healthy (all indications are that he will play) he becomes a good play as well. Williams is averaging 5.1 yards per carry in 14 tries this season, and in his career he is averaging 4.8 yards per carry. As one of the more underrated backs in this era, all Williams needed was a chance to be the featured back. Williams has carried the ball 20 times or more on 14 occasions in his career. In those 14 games, Williams has over 100 yards 10 times, and scored multiple touchdowns in seven of those games. If Williams is the feature back, get him into your lineups.

Wide Receiver

Allen Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars $4,400

Robinson may be a tad expensive for some in daily fantasy this week, but make no mistake, he is getting plenty of targets. He has seen 16 targets in the last two weeks, and has caught 11 of them for 154 yards. With Blake Bortles at the helm all Jaguars are given a boost in fantasy value, but Robinson could be the number two receiver opposite of Cecil Shorts. With Bortles set to throw the ball 30 times or more in most games, that would give Robinson around 10 or more targets per game. With his current production at that number, he can be expected to improve with a better quarterback in Blake Bortles. This week, the Jaguars take on the Chargers, who have allowed five passing touchdowns already this season.

Lineup

QB – Nick Foles $8,000

RB – DeAngelo Williams $3,900

RB – Matt Asiata $4,500

WR – Antonio Brown $7,800

WR – Jeremy Maclin $6,300

WR – Allen Robinson $4,400

TE – Jimmy Graham $7,500

FLEX – Anquan Boldin $5,000

DST – Raiders $2,600
