6 Takeaways From Week 2 In The NFL

2. Seahawks are not invincible

San Diego handed the defending Super Bowl champions their first loss of the season, and in doing so created a whole new controversy that cornerback Richard Sherman was “exposed.” Chargers wideout Keenan Allen called Sherman “just a normal guy.”

Well, this isn’t breaking news, folks. Allen hauled in five catches for 55 yards and Antonio Gates came down with three touchdown receptions, as Philip Rivers opted not to follow Aaron Rodgers‘ strategy of throwing away from Sherman.

But again, Sherman is not the only player on that talented Seahawks defense. This is a team thing, and it seems as if the champs still have things to correct.
