20. Wisconsin (0-1) – QB Tanner McEvoy, who played safety last season, was ineffective and running back Melvin Gordon had only four carries in the second half as the Badgers blew a 24-7 lead in a tough loss to LSU. This week should be a gimme but Wisconsin needs Gordon to recover from a slight hip flexor — the excuse coach Gary Andersen gave for Gordon’s limited carries –and McEvoy to evolve as the leader of the offense.
