6. BenJarvus Green-Ellis
This cut is not so much surprising as it is puzzling, because the Cincinnati Bengals invested a lot of money into Green-Ellis just two offseasons ago and have now decided to go in a completely new direction. Green-Ellis was due $2.3 million in 2014, but the team drafted Gio Bernard and Jeremy Hill in the first and second rounds, respectively, of the last two drafts. Green-Ellis may have trouble catching on given the shrinking market for veteran running backs.
