13. Philadelphia Eagles
The NFL’s worst pass defense a year ago, the Eagles brought in former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins and former Miami corner Nolan Carroll to solidify a secondary featuring rising stars in Bradley Fletcher and Earl Wolff. The Eagles drafted Marcus Smith in the first round to rush the passer off the edge, but needs production out of the aging Trent Cole as well.
