11. Tennessee Titans

Jake Locker impressed before injuries prematurely ended his 2013 season. With Nate Washington, Justin Hunter and Kendall Wright, he has a very talented collection of receivers. Bishop Sankey was the first running back drafted this spring, and with Chris Johnson out of town he’ll have a chance to make an immediate impact.
