Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 1

Anthony Rizzo

Texas Rangers (Darvish) at Washington Nationals (Roark)

While Darvish naturally makes a good target, he did miss his last start with neck issues. If those flare up (and it’s been an ongoing problem all year), there’s a risk of him leaving early. His price means that risk isn’t worth it. I’m not going after many of their hitters either; Roark has pitched well enough lately and the Rangers haven’t been that hot at the plate.

Shin-Soo Choo (OF) – $7055

Roark has pitched well and is pretty cheap. It’s still a tough lineup to navigate and he doesn’t strike out many guys either. He can be passed on. Also, with Darvish at least starting, I’ll avoid Washington hitters that aren’t dirt cheap.

Jayson Werth (OF) – $4447
