On DraftStreet, there is a $100,000 cap, which is used for eight players; three forwards, three guards, a center, and a utility player. In terms of value, should a player cost $15,000, incredible value would be 45 fantasy points. Unlike other daily sites, playing for five times value is not the goal here, as it is nearly impossible to find on a consistent basis. As a $100K salary cap would yield about 225-255 fantasy points for a good night, the best value is normally 2.25 or higher. Anything above 2.25 is a great value.

If you have not played over at DraftStreet, be sure to check the scoring system first, as it varies from other sites. Head over to make your deposit and start playing tonight!

DraftStreet Scoring: PTS: 1 pt, REB: 1.25 pt, AST: 1.5 pt, TO: -1 pt, Missed FT: -0.5 pt, Missed FG: -0.5 pt, STL: 2 pt, BLK: 2pt.

Welcome to NBA Daily Fantasy in the playoffs. The way it works is a two-day slate, giving each player in the postseason an opportunity to play one game. For example, if the Spurs play on day X, and the Heat on day Y, both days are included in one salary game. So it is a TWO-game slate. Set your lineups as soon as possible.

Value Plays

Guard

Cory Joseph SA ($2,445)

The goal for tonight’s lineup was to have the “big three” left in fantasy basketball. This of course being LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Russell Westbrook. In order to do that, you have to find some cheap plays. One of these players is Joseph, who is set as one of the cheapest players on DraftStreet. At $2.4K, anything over 10 fantasy points is considered a great value. In Joseph’s last two games, he has done just that, scoring 15.25 and 11.5 fantasy points in each game, respectively.

Forward

Rashard Lewis MIA ($3,676)

Another cheap play is Lewis who, at $3.6K, needs to reach around 12 fantasy points for great value. He has averaged 28.5 minutes per game, and in his last game he was able to accrue 19 fantasy points. Expect him to be open for three a lot tonight with LeBron trying to take over the game by driving to the hoop and kicking it out. Expect Lewis to play big minutes again, and expect good production. Get him into your lineup for tonight’s contest.

Center

Chris Bosh MIA ($12,542)

Even with the need for cheap options to get the three superstars, there is still enough money left to add Bosh to the mix. Bosh has been very good in terms of fantasy production of late, averaging 33 fantasy points per game in the last two. With Chris Andersen out, he has been the main rebounder. In addition, he has taken 33 shots in the last two games, and will be a feature part of the offense again tonight. At $12.5K, great value can be reached at 30 fantasy points, which Bosh has proven that he can reach.

Optimized Lineup

G – Patty Mills SA ($5,280)

G – Cory Joseph SA ($2,445)

G – Russell Westbrook OKC ($22,760)

F – LeBron James MIA ($24,598)

F – Kevin Durant OKC ($24,983)

F – Rashard Lewis MIA ($3,676)

C – Chris Bosh MIA ($12,542)

U – Derek Fisher OKC ($3,685)

Good luck tonight, and be sure to check the starting lineups before tip to be aware of any changes.
