Colorado Rockies (De La Rosa) at Philadelphia Phillies (Hamels)

To a lot of people’s surprise, De La Rosa has given up seven earned runs (24 strikeouts, 13 walks) in his last 34 innings pitched spanning six starts. The Phillies are lefty-killers though and his price/the weather mean I won’t be rostering him. That weather means I won’t be rostering (m)any players from this game anyway, so here are a couple of decent values in case the game is a go.
