Boston Red Sox (Buchholz) at Texas Rangers (Darvish)

I’ll take a pass on the Red Sox today. They might scratch out a couple runs against Darvish but they might strike out enough that it won’t matter. I’m certainly not taking Buchholz, either.

Darvish is probably the best value of the elite options today. He should be able to keep the Red Sox in check and rack up the strikeouts while doing so. I don’t feel overly excited for the Rangers hitters today, though I don’t have much statistical reasoning why.
