Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 8

Baltimore Orioles (Jimenez) at Tampa Bay Rays (Price)

Ubaldo is priced outside of the expensive pitchers today but is still sixth in cost, if that’s any indication of the pitching options available. I don’t mind using him today because of the value of the other options and his match-up isn’t that bad. I don’t mind a couple of Orioles against Price, either.

Adam Jones (OF) – $4022

Manny Machado (3B) – $4942

Price is likely the best option today but he’s been pretty inconsistent to start the year and was smacked around quite a bit by Baltimore last year. I’ll just avoid price and look for some hitters that can smash Ubaldo tonight.

Matt Joyce (OF) – $5322

Ryan Hanigan (C) – $4667

Ben Zobrist (2B) – $5920
