Seattle Mariners (Elias) at Oakland Athletics (Chavez)
Elias has been good so far this year but his walks are concerning, especially with a very stiff breeze blowing out at O.Co. I’ll avoid him and the Mariners hitters against a rolling Jesse Chavez.
The Mariners are pretty poor against lefty pitching this year and Chavez has strong reverse splits to start the year. This could be a very good night for him. It could also be a very good night for some of the Oakland hitters, too.
Jesse Chavez (SP) – $19,058
Yoenis Cespedes (OF) – $7527
Derek Norris (C) – $5910
Josh Donaldson (3B) – $9323
