Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 2

Arizona Diamondbacks (Arroyo) at San Diego Padres (Cashner)

Arroyo not an option tonight, even in San Diego. It’s not a very good situation for the Diamondbacks’ hitters either. I’ll probably just avoid this team altogether tonight. The only really reliable hitter is Goldschmidt and going into San Diego isn’t a very good time to rely on him.

For those looking to avoid the big name pitchers – Felix too expensive, Strasburg/Lee pitching against each other – Cashner is probably the next-best options. He will probably be widely owned but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Right-handers have been killing Arroyo so far in this early season though so I’m hoping that continues for GPP purposes.
