Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 2

Jose Abreu

New York Mets (Wheeler) at Colorado Rockies (De La Rosa)

Zack Wheeler’s fly-ball rate so far this young season is a bit higher than it was last year but he’s giving up home runs so far at a lower rate than last year. I don’t know if that lasts going into Coors. I don’t think he warrants consideration tonight. I’m not overly excited about the Mets tonight but that’s the case most nights so whatever.

Chris Young (OF) – $5181

Jorge De La Rosa will only have to avoid the top three or four hitters for the Mets and he can cruise through the other half of the lineup. He’s also given up just four earned runs in his last three starts while giving up less than a hit per inning. He will be my favorite third SP for the night.

Jorge De La Rosa (SP) – $14,964

Nolan Arenado (3B) – $6274
