Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Picks and Lineup – April 6

Philadelphia Phillies (Burnett) at Chicago Cubs (Villanueva)

Burnett looked reasonably sharp in his first start of the year and it’s not like the Chicago Cubs have a lot of pop in the lineup. He does have a very high price tag today though and there are other options that I’d rather have at that price.

Ryan Howard (1B) – $7024

Marlon Byrd (OF) – $4744

The only Cubs hitters with a decent sample behind them that have had success against Burnett in the past are Ryan Sweeney and Starlin Castro. All Cubs hitters are pretty cheap today so I would look in their direction to help round out GPP lineups.
