Los Angeles Angels (Skaggs) at Houston Astros (Keuchel)
Skaggs hasn’t shown anything at the Major League level and was even shelled in Spring Training this year. Just because he’s facing Houston doesn’t mean he’s an auto-start. I’m avoiding him, actually. I do like their middle infielders though, mostly because of the price at this point. I would avoid the more expensive guys, though.
Erick Aybar (SS) – $5049
Howie Kendrick (2B) – $4372
Keuchel hasn’t been a very good Major League pitcher in his short history and the Angels lineup is no exception to him: he has allowed 26 hits and 13 earned runs over 18 innings in his few years against those Angels. If there was ever a game to be high on the Astros though, a game where Tyler Skaggs is pitching is one of them.
Jonathan Villar (SS) – $5317
Robbie Grossman (OF) – $5145
