This is a live blog for the men’s Olympic hockey game between Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

After a crushing defeat 1-0 yesterday in regulation at the hands of Sweden where back-up goalie Reto Berra gave up a fairly soft goal in the third period, the Swiss should be hungry for a win to keep from getting an upper-tier team in the qualification round.

The Czechs will be looking to do the same as they lost the opener to Sweden and then defeated Latvia yesterday 4-2.

The live blog will open about 10 minutes prior to puck drop which is about 11:55 AM Eastern.
