On DraftStreet, there is a $100,000 cap, which is used for eight players; three forwards, three guards, a center, and a utility player. In terms of value, should a player cost $15,000, incredible value would be 45 fantasy points. Unlike other daily sites, playing for five times value is not the goal here, as it is nearly impossible to find on a consistent basis. As a $100K salary cap would yield about 225-255 fantasy points for a good night, the best value is normally 2.25 or higher. Anything above 2.25 is a great value.

If you have not played over at DraftStreet, be sure to check the scoring system first, as it varies from other sites. Head over to make your deposit and start playing tonight!

DraftStreet Scoring: PTS: 1 pt, REB: 1.25 pt, AST: 1.5 pt, TO: -1 pt, Missed FT: -0.5 pt, Missed FG: -0.5 pt, STL: 2 pt, BLK: 2pt.

Today in the NBA, there is a six-game slate. Get your lineups in as soon as possible. There is only five days left until the All-Star break, so help your bankroll grow.

Value Plays

Guard

Brian Roberts, NO ($7,901)

Even after Roberts was able to accrue 23 fantasy points last night, his price dropped $100. This seems like a trap against a good Raptors defense, but Roberts is a starting point guard, and only costs $7.9K. Should he reach 20 fantasy points again (averaging 26 per in his last three games), he will once again be one of the better values on DraftStreet.

Forward

Harrison Barnes, GS ($10,259)

Barnes has seen his minutes increase, playing 29 or more in three of his last four. He is also coming off one of his best games as a pro with 23 points against the Suns a few nights ago. Barnes faces off against the Sixers, who are coming off a drubbing by the Los Angeles Clippers. Now, the Sixers could rebound, but there is no way they will be able to stop the Warriors. In addition to allowing 110 points per game, the Sixers are a terrible rebounding team, and they play at a face pace. Barnes is in a perfect storm tonight, and could reach great value of 25 or more fantasy points.

Center

Jermaine O’Neal, GS ($8,889)

It is not often that you will see a backup center on this list, but with the possibility of Andrew Bogut sitting out, O’Neal could be a great play. Even if Bogut plays, O’Neal should see some playing time, and against the Sixers, that is all you need. At just under $9K, if O’Neal can reach 23 fantasy points that would be great value. But at center, if he can reach 20 consider it a win. Keep an eye on Bogut’s status.

Optimized Lineup

G – Brian Roberts NO ($7,901)

G – Danny Green SA ($9,885)

G – James Harden HOU ($15,031)

F – Harrison Barnes GS ($10,259)

F – Greg Monroe DET ($12,810)

F – Anthony Davis NO ($21,002)

C – Jermaine O’Neal GS ($8,889)

U – David West IND ($14,127)

Be sure to head to DraftStreet for all your daily fantasy needs, and good luck tonight.

Do not forget to check the starting lineups before the games start in case one of your players is listed as inactive.
