Wade Miley vs. TB: Miley has been much better of late, going 2-1 with a 1.50 ERA and 16 K over his last three starts (18 IP). In one career game against the Rays, Miley pitched 6.1 scoreless innings while striking out eight.
Kyle Kendrick vs. CHC: Kendrick has done well against the Cubs in three career games, putting up a 1.69 ERA and 13 K/1 BB over 16 IP.
Henderson Alvarez at PIT: Alvarez has been stellar since returning from injury owning a 2.61 ERA on the season and a 0.89 ERA over his last three starts (20.1 IP). In his only game against Pittsburgh, Alvarez pitched six scoreless innings surrendering just two hits and one walk while striking out five.
Tyler Chatwood at NYM: Chatwood has owned the Mets over three career starts, putting up a 0.56 ERA and nine strikeouts over 16 IP.
Wednesday, August 7:
Sam Deduno at KC: Deduno has owned the Royals over three starts, putting up a 0.93 ERA and 12 K over 19.1 IP. Kansas City ranks 23rd in the league in offense.
Wade Davis vs. MIN: Davis will face off against Deduno and although he has a 5.42 ERA on the season he has been much better of late, putting up a 2.40 ERA and 12 K over his last three starts (15 IP).

Zach McAllister vs. DET: I don’t like starting too many streamers against the Tigers but McAllister has owned Detroit over four career starts, putting up a 2.28 ERA and 19 K/6 BB over 23.2 IP.
Jhoulys Chacin at NYM: Chacin has pitched well recently, putting up a 2.86 ERA and 11 K/1 BB over his last three starts (22 IP). He’s done well against the Mets in two career starts, owning a 1.38 ERA and eight strikeouts over 13 IP.
Friday, August 9:
Jeremy Hefner at ARI: Hefner has only faced the DBacks once but allowed just one run, four hits, and two walks over seven innings while striking out six.
John Lannan at WAS: Lannan has done well against the Nats in two career starts against his former team, putting up a 1.38 ERA and eight strikeouts over 13 IP.
Jacob Turner at ATL: Turner has faced the Braves twice in his young career, putting up a 2.77 ERA and 10 K over 13 IP.
Andre Rienzo vs. MIN: Rienzo has been terrific in his first two Major League starts, putting up a 1.38 ERA and nine strikeouts over 13 IP. Minnesota ranks 21st in offense on the season.

Dallas Keuchel vs. TEX: Keuchel has been solid against the Astros’ intra-state rival, putting up a 2.81 ERA and nine strikeouts against the Rangers. With Nelson Cruz suspended, the Rangers lineup looks a lot less intimidating.
Nate Eovaldi at ATL: Eovaldi has gotten it going with a 1.42 ERA and 10 K over his last three starts (19 IP) and owns a 3.68 ERA and 19 K over 22 IP against the Braves.
Tyson Ross at CIN: Ross has been stellar with a 1.35 ERA and 22 K/6 BB over his last three starts (20 IP) and has pitched two scoreless innings against the Reds.
Sunday, August 11:
Ian Kennedy at CIN: Kennedy has owned the Reds over three career starts, going 3-0 with a 1.27 ERA and 19 K/3 BB over 21.1 IP.
Joe Kelly vs. CHC: Kelly has been phenomenal over his last three starts, going 2-0 with a 0.51 ERA and 11 K over 17.2 IP. He owns a 3.14 ERA and 13 K/3 BB over 14.1 IP against the Cubs.
