3. Gailey to follow as OC soon?
Multiple reports indicate former Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey will be Bowles’ top choice to be his offensive coordinator. Gailey has not been in the league since he was fired by Buffalo following the 2012 season. With a 16-32 mark at the helm of the Bills, Gailey helped C.J. Spiller enjoy his career-best season, tallying more than 1,700 yards, 250 touches and eight touchdowns. He also helped Ryan Fitzpatrick to a pretty respectable campaign, which bodes well for whichever quarterback starts under center for New York in 2015. Gailey runs a version of the spread offense and his scheme boasts similar principles as the mad genius Chip Kelly.
