27. St. Louis Rams (Last week: 26)
I’m impressed watching the Rams week in and week out, but equally as frustrated. Austin Davis is the real deal, and if he continues to develop this year he should be the starter in 2015. But where’s the defense?
What to know: The vaunted Rams defensive line, which led the NFL in sacks a year ago, has the fewest sacks through five games of any team in NFL history.
