10. Chicago Bears
The Bears addressed their defensive woes in free agency, adding the likes of Lamarr Houston, Jared Allen, Willie Young and Israel Idonije, and re-signing Jay Ratliff and Nate Collins. In addition, the team added three starters in the secondary in Ryan Mundy, Brock Vereen and first-round pick Kyle Fuller. This defense only has to be better than OK with such a high-octane offense.
