Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 10

Cleveland Indians (Kluber) at Kansas City Royals (Vargas)

So the high-strikeout pitchers meets the never-strikeout team. Kluber, who goes into tonight’s action fourth in baseball in strikeouts, will meet the Royals, who have struck out by far the fewest of any team (38 fewer than 29^th-place Detroit and 74 fewer than 28^th-place Cleveland). With that said, he faced this team at the end of April and K’d them 11 times. I’m not chasing many of their bats, though.

Corey Kluber (SP) – $20,448

Yan Gomes (C) – $5533

Vargas is a sneaky good start tonight. A lot of people will remember the 17 runs Cleveland put on the board last night and forget that they’re a terrible team against lefty pitching. Vargas has a good price and I will be using him a lot. I’ll stay away from their bats against Kluber, though.
