Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 22

St. Louis Cardinals (Wainwright) at New York Mets (Gee)

Wainwright has been more than his ace-like self so far this year and even with his hefty price tag today, he should be in most lineups. Some days, it’s just worth the price. The Cardinals’ bats have started to slow down a little bit with just seven runs in their last four games, and it’s not like Dillon Gee is a bad pitcher, so I’m not as high on their bats as I normally am.

Adam Wainwright (SP) – $22,740

Allen Craig (OF) – $5448

The Mets are a No Fly Zone tonight. No hitters start against Wainwright, Gee doesn’t start against the Cardinals. I will say this about Gee, though: With the Cardinals in a mini-slump offensively, his price tonight makes him a decent target in a GPP. I’ll stay away from him in 50/50s, though.
