Washington Nationals (Jordan) at Atlanta Braves (Wood)

Taylor Jordan isn’t a very big arm and pitchers that struggle to strike out Atlanta Braves hitters could struggle to get outs at all. I would probably rather just avoid him altogether today. I do like Harper’s price today, though.

Bryce Harper (OF) – $5969

Travis Wood makes an interesting play today because he’s pretty cheap, but the Nationals haven’t really had a lot of struggles at the plate this year so I would rather not bet on them having a bad day at the plate. There aren’t many hitters I’m really willing to take a chance on, either, without knowing how well they’ll fare against Jordan.
