Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 11

Michael Clifford breaks down every matchup to find the most ideal daily fantasy baseball value plays.

Detroit Tigers (Porcello) at San Diego Padres (Cashner)

Porcello looked pretty good in his first start out, though his problem is he doesn’t strike out a lot of batters so his upside is somewhat limited. Given his price point, where he’ll be pitching and the team he’ll be facing, I don’t mind Porcello today at all. The hitters are priced a bit high for the most part for my taste, though.

Austin Jackson (OF) – $6790

The Padres have a lot of good prices on their hitters today and even though I’m kind of digging Porcello, I can’t pass up the value their hitters are giving. Cashner is a very “blah” start today for me, I just don’t like starting pitchers against the Detroit Tigers, regardless of where the game is taking place.

Seth Smith (OF) – $5608

Everth Cabrera (SS) – $4945
