Chicago White Sox (Danks) at Kansas City Royals (Chen)

The White Sox have been able to put runs on the board early in the season and that shouldn’t surprise anyone; they do have a good lineup (at least their top half of their hitters) and some of their guys can flat rake. They are still hitting in Kansas City though and that’s not ideal. There is one cheaper option though if they start him.

Danny Valencia (3B) – $6090

I might dance with Mr. Chen if I’m looking for a third starter today, but it’s still a risk: He will give up a few runs so it’s about how much risk the DFSer is willing to take. One guy that has surprisingly raked in the past against Danks is Adam Dunn, so I might look in his direction today as well.

Adam Dunn (1B) – $5388
