2013-14 NBA Week 4 Power Rankings

Since our last NBA Power Rankings, the NBA has largely been unrecognizable. Teams that were supposed to be tanking might actually be legit lower-tier playoff teams and surefire playoff teams are collecting as many Andrew Wiggins power balls as possible. But isn’t that the beauty of sports (and supposedly the beauty of these new CBA regulations)? Time will tell.
