Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 4/8/17

The MLB season is now a week old, and pitchers are getting their second starts.  We should start to get a better idea of how these pitchers are looking the second time around.  Today should be a great day as both Kershaw and Bumgarner are on the hill.  Almost impossible to afford together in a lineup but hey we can all dream can’t we?

Low Scoring Play

San Francisco Giants @ San Diego Padres –  He’s back… Bumgarner takes the hill for the Giants and my goodness did he have an outing last game. Mad Bum didn’t get the win in his last start but he K’ed 11 and had a WHIP of .66.   He is batting .1000 with 2 homeruns so he can put up his own run support.  Bumgarner is a freak and should take this game over.

Targets: Bumgarner, Posey

High Scoring Play

New York Yankees @ Baltimore Orioles – Tanaka is back again for the Yankees and he is facing an even harder lineup than the Rays who rocked him last time.  Tanaka has an ERA of 27.00 – yes that decimal is in the right spot.  I like the Orioles in today’s game however the Yankees can keep up with them.  Today will be the day I bite the bullet and draft Sanchez.

Targets: Machado, Trumbo, Sanchez, Headley

Undervalued Play

Zack Greinke – ARI – SP – Just like last week Greinke will be a lock in my lineup.  I think he is too good and has too much potential to not take at $8100.  He played very well against the Giants in his first start and should be a favorite today.
