The core remains intact. Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas III are still headlining the secondary, while Michael Bennett returns to a very talented front seven. Russell Wilson is only going to improve in his third season, not to mention Percy Harvin should be a real factor this year. With all that being said, the Seahawks should remain the favorites in the NFC.
