On DraftStreet, there is a $100,000 cap, which is used for eight players; three forwards, three guards, a center, and a utility player. In terms of value, should a player cost $15,000, a great value would be 45 fantasy points. Unlike other daily sites, playing for five times value is not the goal here, as it is nearly impossible to find on a consistent basis. As a $100K salary cap would yield about 225-255 fantasy points for a good night, the best value is normally 2.5 or higher. Anything above 2.5 is a great value.

If you have not played over at DraftStreet, be sure to check the scoring system first, as it varies from other sites. Head over to make your deposit and start playing tonight!

Value Plays

Guard

Goran Dragic, PHO ($16,196)

Dragic faces off against the Sixers tonight, and as any daily fantasy player knows, the Sixers are a dream matchup in terms of fantasy points. Philadelphia is last in the NBA in defense, giving up over 109 points per game, and are 29th in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing point guards. In addition to the matchup, Dragic has been playing very well of late. He has over 32 fantasy points in eight of his last 15 games, and tying that in with the matchup, Gragic will be one of the most-played guards tonight.

Forward

Andrei Kirilenko, BKN ($5,883)

At his low price of just under $5.9K, good value for Kirilenko is around 15 fantasy points. AK47 is one of the best nicknames in sports, and he is one of the better plays tonight against the Toronto Raptors. Kirilenko has played more than 20 minutes per game in the last five games, and he has scored over 10 fantasy points in four of the last five games. This also includes his last two in which he is averaging over 16 fantasy points per game. Should AK47 reach 16 fantasy points tonight, it would be great value, and allow you to spend on Kevin Durant or Kevin Love. Low risk, yet high reward does not come often in daily fantasy sports, so Kirilenko is a good play tonight against the Raptors.

Center

Miles Plumlee, PHO ($10,913)

As aforementioned, the Sixers are a dream matchup for fantasy players. Plumlee is no exception to this rule. At under $11K, 25 fantasy points is great value, and very reachable tonight for the former Duke star. Plumlee has eclipsed 21 fantasy points twice in his last three games, and tonight should be another one as the Sixers are 20th in rebound percentage, and last in defense. Expect a double-double from Plumlee, and one of the more heavily played players in tonight’s six-game slate.
